It is a special-sized mailbox shaped like an American mailbox, designed to replicate the classic "US Mail" mailbox. It does not have an opening or a lock: mail is deposited and collected through the door, which can always be opened and closed. It features a flag on the side that can be raised to indicate new mail inside.
