RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PLACED THROUGH ARREGUI.ES

1.- RETURNS

Customer returns

In the event that the return is not due to a defect or error in the product, the return will be subject to the following conditions:

  • The maximum deadline for returns is 14 business days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be returned in good condition, without having been used or installed. It must be in its original packaging with the manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts included, if applicable.
  • The features and images of the products that appear inwww.arregui.esThey are not contractual as they may be modified without prior notice or contain typographical errors.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount based on the damage to the products due to unnecessary use to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  • Once the merchandise has been received and checked, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Only returns that have been previously communicated and authorized will be accepted. The customer will be duly informed of the next steps.
  • It must be communicated by email to shop@arregui.es where the order number, date, and reference of the item or items to be returned that have been purchased directly on. Arregui.es. 
  • The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer according to the following table:

Returns due to product damage or supply error

  • If a product purchased onwww.arregui.es If the product arrives at the customer's location broken, damaged, or in poor condition, Arregui will take care of collecting it at their home and replacing it with a new one in good condition, at no additional cost.
  • Returns due to product defects or supply errors must be reported within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt to the email address.shop@arregui.esIndicating the order number, date, and reference of the item, and photographs of the outer packaging and product in case it has been opened, for items in poor condition. In these cases, all expenses will be covered by the company.
  • Once the return has been authorized, Arregui will arrange for the defective or incorrect merchandise to be transported to the warehouse, and once the defects or errors have been confirmed, Arregui undertakes to replace the units by making a new shipment within 5 days of receiving the defective merchandise, unless the item is not available in the warehouse. The replacement of the item will be made as long as it is the original, has a manufacturing defect, and the original packaging remains in perfect condition without having been tampered with.

2.- CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
